Narvyn Technologies collects information that visitors voluntarily share through contact forms, consultation requests, phone calls, WhatsApp conversations, email communication and project discovery discussions. The website enquiry form asks for your name, email, goal and product or service interest. Company, phone, timing and discussion topics are optional. The separate newsletter subscription form collects the email address you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive records or credentials.
The enquiry system records an IP address and submission time for handling requests and abuse controls. Enquiries are saved before an email notification is attempted. A delayed notification does not remove the saved enquiry.
We use enquiry and communication data to respond to requests, understand project requirements, prepare proposals, schedule consultations, provide support, improve our services and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This public website version does not install analytics or advertising tags.
