  1. Website Use

    The Narvyn Technologies website provides information about our software development, website development, CRM, ERP, automation, mobile app and digital marketing services. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and avoid activity that could harm the website, infrastructure, users or business operations.

    Website content is provided for general business information. It does not create a binding project agreement, fixed quotation or guaranteed delivery commitment unless confirmed in a written proposal or contract issued by Narvyn Technologies.

  2. Consultations and Proposals

    Free consultations are intended to understand business requirements, suggest possible direction and identify whether Narvyn can help. Any timeline, feature scope, estimate or technical recommendation discussed during early conversations remains indicative until documented in a formal proposal.

    A project begins only after scope, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies and deliverables are agreed in writing. Client delays in content, approvals, access, feedback or third party decisions may affect delivery schedules.

  3. Intellectual Property

    Narvyn Technologies retains ownership of reusable methods, frameworks, internal tools, design patterns, know how and pre-existing materials used to deliver services. Project specific ownership terms for code, design and assets should be defined in the relevant proposal or agreement.

    Clients are responsible for providing lawful rights to any brand assets, content, images, data, credentials, integrations or third party materials supplied for a project.

  4. Service Limitations

    We aim to build secure, scalable and reliable systems, but no software, website, marketing campaign or digital system can guarantee uninterrupted operation, fixed search ranking, specific lead volume or complete absence of defects.

    Maintenance, hosting, analytics, SEO, advertising, domain, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway and third party API services may depend on external providers. Their outages, policy changes or limits are outside direct Narvyn control.
